Why does my staff need to see my stores reports in order to access inventory history??
I was just told that I needed to give my manager access to reports in order for her to see inventory history (I use this often to see when the last time a particular item was sold or when we last got it in stock). If I give her access to our reports that means that she is able to see how much our store does in sales on a daily basis. This is not pertinent information for her or any of my other employees, quite frankly, it would be irresponsible of me to let them know that information! Can the product history not be linked to reports? Or, is there another way I can have her basically do the same thing just in a different method?
