legacy web store module for retail users

We had access to the legacy web store module in the past and that access was lost in an update it appears, the fields enabled by this module are critical to our internal referencing and usage of our lightspeed retail package, not sure what to do or who to talk to to get it re-enabled or how I will manage this information if this module cannot be re-enabled again for us.
