At least one loyalty provider should be enabled in the Manager

We have an external loyalty provider that should be installed on the client's pos app as a custom button, but they are unable to access it, and get an error message 'At least one loyalty provider should be enabled in the Manager'

The location ids are 45105 and 45106 on server euc2-web.posios.com

    Hi @glynthink,

    I was able to pull up the customer list by pressing the Loyale button in the iPad (i.e. expected behaviour) on both accounts.

    From your image, it looks like this is from Saturday. Please let me know if this is still happening.

    @Trung the client is still getting this error message when pressing on Loyale button for these 2 specific locations 45105 and 45106 on server euc2-web.posios.com


    What needs to be enabled to remove this error message?

    @Trung after selecting any customer does the Loyale ui come up for you?
