Looking for: usability testers (omni + ecom)

Hello community members!

Lightspeed’s product team has been working on a new design to improve the the overall eCom and Omnichannel experience. We always design with our users in mind, so we’re reaching out to the community to see if any eCom and omnichannel (Retail POS + eCom) users would like to participate in a user testing session with one of our team members.

What to expect:

  • We will reach out to you to schedule a 20-minute video chat. You will receive a link that you can open on a desktop or a laptop. Please note that the session will be in English.

  • You will receive 2 links: one to join the video chat and one to open the prototype. Please note that you will be asked to share your screen.

  • We will be recording the session. The recordings will be used only for internal purposes (We want to focus on talking to you instead of frantically taking notes!).

  • We will give you a series of tasks to perform on the prototype (Please note that this is not a test of your skill. Here at Lightspeed, we believe that if a user has trouble using our product, we need to design it better.).

  • After completing the tasks, you will get the opportunity to provide feedback on the prototype.
