NuOrder Purchase Orders & uploading into Lightspeed

Hi -

Does anybody out there know how to upload a purchase order from NuOrder into Lightspeed Retail?

I think it is supposed to be very easy & save a lot of data entry time.

I cannot find instructions...🤔
