Issue integration with Fourth
From the last 2 months we are not receiving lightspeed sales in Fourth.
This is what Fourth tells us about it:
"We spent 50 minutes on hold trying to get through to Lightspeed yesterday regarding this issue.Please bear in mind, these integrations are NOT POST API, the customer in question is set up through our EPOS Gateway and has sales dropped onto an FTP folder (In CSV) which is then picked up by our internal team and posted via API. Can we please have Lightspeed confirm they are aware that this is the process for sales upload and provide transmission logs to confirm they are posting sales data in the correct manner and to the correct location.As it stands, there are no other customer that uses this type of integration who is having issues, aside from Lightspeed"
