Socket Scanner on iMac Not Working

Hey all! I am at my wits end with the socket scanner. I have tried on numerous occasions to re-install and for whatever reason it is NOT connecting. 

Has anyone else had the same problem? If so, how did you resolve it? We need our scanner back up and running!

    Did it ever connect? I had issues with getting the CS4070 paired with some of my Windows clients. It didn't seem to ever work from the get-go. So I stuck with using the iPads for Lightspeed POS and inventory counts. Even then, the scanner randomly loses the Bluetooth connection after so many minutes of idle time. Seeing these devices cost double what similar Bluetooth models cost, I'm not overly pleased!
