Has anyone been seeing the following message nearly every day?

{ "error": "An error has occurred and we've been notified. Please try again and if this problem continues please contact support." }

Retail becomes unresponsive for at least 5 minutes. Usually during peak times.

    Coming from the API or the actual Retail web client? If it's the latter then if you can verify you have good connectivity to other Internet hosts (e.g. - Google) then it's likely an internal issue on Lightspeed's end or a Cloudflare issue (Retail's front-end connectivity "director").
