Ecom orders not downloading

My Ecom orders are not downloading to LS Onsite, this has happened twice before and support told me it was fixed each time, obviously not! can anyone shed any light on this?

    Hi Cargo,
    Sorry to hear you are having problems with eCom orders not downloading. An issue with eCom orders not downloading is almost impossible to troubleshoot without the OnSite log files. I will create a support ticket so we can have a look at those logs.
