Keen Delivery Api Unknown or inactive language

When retrieving orders, we receive the following error message from Lightspeed:

Unknown or inactive language.

This means that the orders can not be retrieved.
It seems that one of the orders that is ready to be processed is linked to a language that no longer exists within Lightspeed. Can anyone check this for me?

    Hi Wim (@citizen_zoo),
    I believe that you are trying to retrieve information in a language that isn't available for the shop. Please make sure that the language you are trying to receive in the URL is a language that is actually active in that shop.

    If you could provide the URL that you are trying to reach for which shop and I can go ahead to check if it correlates with the settings.
