Trying to run automated emails (specifically abandoned cart recovery emails) from Mailchimp with our site but Mailchimp says the site is NOT connected when I'm trying to create the email, but says our site IS connected when I go, once again, through the connection process. Mailchimp and Lightspeed both are telling me to contact my developer but that is the thing...there ain't no developer, there's just me, and I need to figure this out. We are losing customers left and right with abandoned carts (I watch our Google Analytics in real time, it happens so many times a day I lose count). I really want to figure this out but Lightspeed ecomm just doesn't make anything easy. Anybody else gone through this and figured it out?
