Mailchimp integration

Trying to run automated emails (specifically abandoned cart recovery emails) from Mailchimp with our site but Mailchimp says the site is NOT connected when I'm trying to create the email, but says our site IS connected when I go, once again, through the connection process. Mailchimp and Lightspeed both are telling me to contact my developer but that is the thing...there ain't no developer, there's just me, and I need to figure this out. We are losing customers left and right with abandoned carts (I watch our Google Analytics in real time, it happens so many times a day I lose count). I really want to figure this out but Lightspeed ecomm just doesn't make anything easy. Anybody else gone through this and figured it out?

For an Abandoned Cart functionality, you can look into the MyAbandonedCart app that will allow you to schedule such e-mails.
Currently, our new MailChimp Connector will only sync your contacts, their total order value, and your product images.

@sinan so you're telling me that you don't work with one of the biggest mailling site in the world? How can Big Cartel or Magento have integration with them and not Lightspeed? This is basic stuff..

As stated in the link for our MailChimp Connector app above, we are closely working with MailChimp in order to develop a native solution.
In the meantime, we launched this free MailChimp Connector app as an interim measure so that you can continue updating your Audiences and use MailChimp while the work is ongoing.

I had a quick chat with mailchimp and it seems that the problem come from Databrydge.
The integration is the issue. It looks like your integration is passing over information, but it's not creating the carts needed by our API to trigger the abandoned cart email. It may be that your integration doesn't support abandoned carts. If it's supposed to, you'll want to reach out to that integration's developer for further assistance, maybe there are some settings they can take a look at to have it send the correct info over
I can't complete the connection process. It repeats a few times then gives me the following message:
We are unable to complete the integration process.
Same error message for me. I had it working fine at first, then tried reinstalling the app to synch some promo codes, but can't complete the process. I tried making a new mailchimp account. Still no luck...
