Can someone please help? Missing data
A customer has linked Kepler Analytics via the LightSpeed API to retrieve the sales data for their stores. When doing this, they noticed that they did not receive the sales data for two of the stores for the below period:
7/10, 9/10~18/10, 20/10 ~22/10
26/09 ~ 07/10, 9/10 ~17/10, 20/10
Could you please help find out why it is not working as they need the sales data to perform verification?

Whomever supplied you with this integration should have some sort of error or exception logging in place. The logs would presumably show what happened (e.g. - the API endpoint didn't respond, the API endpoint responded with an error due to the request that was sent, etc.). I'd recommend checking with them to see what happened.
