I was wondering, how are the cash drawers connected to the Ipads, How will it communicate with the ipads that a sale has been made?

Thank you for contacting us.
The cash drawer is connected to the receipt printer. The receipt printer is connected with a network cable to your router. Both iPad and printer are connected to the same network so the iPad can send information to the printer what causes the cash drawer to open.
