Why does lightspeed add a discount to orders imported from SmartEtailing?

Hey Community,
I'm new here and am doing some testing of web orders for our website - we use a SmartEtailing Integration to export inventory from Lightspeed, and a second integration to export orders from our website into Lightspeed
Unfortunately Lightspeed is adding discounts to products in the created "Quote" after importing orders. Anyone have ideas on why this is happening?
I've reviewed the data that is sent from SmartEtailing, and confirmed that there is no discount amount - so the problem seems to be when Lightspeed creates the quote.

Hey Joe!
I believe I just sent you an email about this since we've been talking back and forth about it.
As discussed, this seems to be where certain accounts using SmartEtailing are getting their sales taxes miss-applied when the items download into the software, through the API. This also manifests as applying discounts that, otherwise, shouldn't be present.
We're currently investigating this under high priority. If you're experiencing this, feel free to give us a call, we can create a ticket and place it hold so we can notify you as soon as we have a resolution in place.
