From my developer:
"I have encountered a problem that sale account table is not populated because sale account data never comes. The Sale endpoint should give it but it is never there.
I mean it is there only for few records. Thus, I cannot establish a relationship between credit account, customer and sales."

We need to know which customer is attached to the sale when a payment is made via credit account, so we can generate automated email invoices each month.
