Mapping issue with MEWS (PMS)

Hello Everyone

We operate in a small hotel and have connected lightspeed to our PMS called MEWS.

We are experiencing a mapping issue with the payment type "Quick Cash" which is not being sent to MEWS correctly.

In the mapping interface we have mapped it so that it is sent to the same account as for for normal cash payment however it is being sent to an unknown account instead.

Can anyone help here?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    MEWS takes care of the mapping between Lightspeed and Mews. So it is better to contact them. The mapping interface is built by them, so we can't help you with that.
