Website API Removal issues

We have a custom site for our wine shop where items are pulled from Lightspeed through API removal in real time. Our developer contacted us today to say that nothing has been removed from inventory for the past 18 hours. The developer has not done any work on the site for the past 5 days, so nothing has changed on our end. This is the error message we've been receiving: {"httpCode":"400","httpMessage":"Bad Request","message":"Item not Update. The ItemShop record with shopID 0 cannot have its qoh field changed.","errorClass":"Exception"} Has something changed in Lightspeed that may have affected this? Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

    Can you ask your developer to send the request and payload so we can have a closer look.
