Can anyone tell me what permission(s) I need to give an employee to allow him to print price tags? This doesn't appear to be documented.
In Retail, go to
Settings-Employee Roles-Employee Role: Associate (or whatever role you are working with)
Under inventory I believe you just need to have Basic Tagged to be able to print a label.
Thanks, Dan. I appreciate the response and you are correct. I thought that was it, but I wasn't seeing the change for the employee in question.
I had had him change employees (using his PIN), but didn't realize we'd need to sign out of Lightspeed completely and then back in to see the changes reflected.
