Feature request for client migrating form Onsite to Retail- p.s. we hate it!

We NEED:
to be able to duplicate orders- esp technical special orders!
to be able to take a client in the special order field, hit 'remove customer' and reassign a new client name to that same special order to avoid having to type all of that technical info in again.
to be able to drag/drop PO line items so we can check in accurately without making a mistake, esp on lengthy PO's- we are a SMALL company- I can only imagine the inventory issues this causes for larger clients of yours like Nike for example.
to be able to batch edit items- we lost this feature in Retail that was super useful in Onsite.
These are just a FEW of the things we lost functionality on- very disappointing :(

Another disappointed customer after a FORCED "upgrade".
Bring back onsite or sell it to someone who will let it live on. Retail is crap!
I don;t even want new fuctionality in Onsite... I'd be happy if it just worked exactly as it was with the Mac upgrades ongoing.
because what we have now with Retail, is ridiculous!!
