View All Location inventory

Hi last week Lightspeed made an update and now the only way retail staff can see all locations inventory is to give them full access to all locations. This is not ideal I dont want to give retail staff access to make sales for a different location but now I have to if I want the staff to be able to see the inventory at all locations. Inventory should be able to be seen by all without giving full access to every location. This was not like this before but it changed last week and its not a good change I can't understant why anyone would want this change.
