Specialized Bikes S Connect Set Up

I am trying to link my lightspeed account with specialized bikes s connect program. This allows for the bikes that are in our lightspeed inventory to be listed on specialized's consumer sight. I have gone through the steps for integration that specialized sent retailers however once I log into my lightspeed account it should take me to an authorization option that just doesn't show up? Hoping to get some guidance on this problem.

Can you send me the link that you are visiting to login?
The link should look like this:

Unfortunately it only stays on a link that looks like that for a few seconds and then just automatically redirects to the lightspeed retail home page?
After you login, you are sent to the redirectURL that is set on the client. At the end of the URL you should see the code.

Can you share me your client ID? So I can check the redirect URL.
