Multiple Repairs, One Work Order

As a shoe,boot, jacket, purse, luggage, and athletic equipment repair business we very often have customers bringing in multiple items that need to be sent to different repair departments. We hope, and wonder, if there is a way to have multiple items on one work order that are clearly separated; so we can print multiple tags and attach them to each item and they're clear to read for the repair departments.

    How do you find it is for speed at the counter? Do you have multiple iPads or computers to speed through line ups?

    Has a ticket to the development team been submitted on this?

    Creating one work order for each item takes too much of the customers time when they have 3-5 items.
