403 errors

I am getting 403 errors for 1 account when they have accepted correct permissions.

It only appears for this one account on this endpoint.

https://api.merchantos.com/API/Account/167710/Sale?orderby=timeStamp&load_relations=all&limit=100&timeStamp=%3E%2C2019-04-24T16%3A29%3A14&offset=0


Is there anything that can be done here?

Pulling customers works fine.

    Hey @klaviyo,

    It's a stab in the dark without seeing more of your setup, but try using

    https://api.lightspeedapp.com as the domain since that's what we're aiming to support moving forward!

    If that doesn't work could you send me the payload that works, and the ones that doesn't?

    Did something recently change to these endpoints. If I change these can I expect the payload to be the same, or do I need to do a full update. https://cloud.merchantos.com/oauth/authorize.php

    I cant put too many urls in here or my ip get blocked. really annoying web form.

    Hello @klaviyo,

    You need me make sure that the user whom granted access to the integration has access to the endpoint.

    Settings > Employee Roles
