Erasing all Desired stock levels

My shop took over the Lightspeed system from the previous business. I want to erase all of the "desired stock levels" set by the previous business. Is there a way to do this in bulk?

The best way to zero out items in bulk using Lightspeed is to do so through the Inventory Count feature.

By using the Missed section you can select 100 items at a time and Zero Selected Items.

    Steps to follow:

    1. Go to Inventory>Inventory Counts and start a new inventory count
    2. Name it and Save
    3. Select the Missed section. The Missed Items section is typically used to determine what Items you haven't counted yet. Since this is a new count all of your items will show up here.
    4. Make sure you can view 100 per page by clicking on the option and changing it to 100
    5. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on the checkbox next to Zero Selected Items button and click on it:

In the screenshot above there are only 5 items per page so I can only zero out 5 at a time. When you change this to 100 the list will grow but the checkbox will always be all the way at the bottom.

maybe i'm mistaken but this would set the on hand to zero. this person wanted to change desired stock level to 0

i'm guessing there is a report that has the field desired stock level in it. If so, you could export to csv, change all to 0 and then import back in with just the system id column and desired stock level column
