Feedback on Orders, Product and Inventory overview
I am Christina Kim and I have been working as a Product Designer for Lightspeed since this year. I am involved in the design of the Lightspeed Backoffice. We at the eCom Product team are currently working to improve the layout of the overview pages of Orders, Products and Stock. I would like to receive your feedback!
Below are the redesigns where some feedback from our users has been processed. This is a beginning of what we are doing. There is more to come and we do our best to make everything as user-friendly as possible.
Note: I am native English myself but you can of course respond in Dutch. I am also aware that you are often asked for feedback. In this case, know that your feedback is directly received by the person directly involved in the designs (namely me) 🙂
Do you see something you like or do not like? Are there any uncertainties? Leave your opinion in the comments! 🙂
We use fewer columns and have rearranged them based on priority.
You can now quickly view the notes of the customer, from users to each other, and whether or not an ordered product is in stock.
We have removed a number of less-used columns (Supplier) and have rearranged them based on priority.
We have merged the Product and Brand columns to keep things more organized.
You can now see which products are not visible to the customer if, for example, data is missing, and which products can be added to improve sales.
Visibility now shows all 3 statuses.
We have removed less used columns (for policy + for the product image) and have rearranged them based on priority.
The stock status column is clearer and we have added a number of filters.
You can now see which products are being processed; how many are available to be sold and how many products have been ordered but not yet shipped.
I hope you find something. Please let me know!
